I was new to the area and bought a 70 year old brick house in Southern Pines that needed extensive crawlspace work as well as grading to divert water. Every interaction with Mr. Chandler and his crew was extremely professional and an amazing learning experience for me. Between electricians, HVAC, plumbers and roof persons there was a lot going on at any one time. The quality of the work Mr. Chandler and his guys performed is truly something to see. It is actually a pleasure to be in the crawlspace and see real craftsmanship. I was able to glean valuable and practical advise from Mr. Chandler regarding all trade work being performed which made this whole experience much less stressful. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
